People are not born with glasses, but along their lives, the bias grows, the filter gets more and more single-colored, opaque, and narrow.
The real problem is that people don't usually realize it because the progress is too slow. This leads to a complete and utter confusion where everybody is absolutely sure to be right. Some situations could be funny, but not when they can be the source of major conflicts driven by misunderstanding.
Because they wear glasses with different colors, the gentlemen don't understand each other:
Mr Red:
Hi Mr Blue! How is it going?
Mr Blue:
Fine thanks, but you look as dark as usual.
Mr Red:
Come on, this is a never ending discussion, right? YOU are the one who is totally black.
Mr Blue:
Yeah sure, I thought I heard that, and you are gonna tell me that you are red, not black, etc. and
I will tell you for the 100th time that I am BLUE, not black.
Mr Red:
You are damn right I will say it: indeed I am RED, not black. I said "totally",
but this time you wear a red shirt. I like that.
Mr Blue:
What are you talking about? I wear a WHITE shirt as usual...
... then another fellow gets into the scene ...
Mr Green:
Hi guys, fighting again? We might never agree obviously. At the end, I will tell you again
that both of you are black, and you won't believe me...
Mr Red:
Hi Mr Green! Glad to see that you agree with me as far as Mr Blue is concerned. How come
can't he realize that he is black?
Mr Blue:
Well I can say the same regarding you Mr Red, I also agree with Mr Green that you are black.
Mr Green:
I don't understand why you guys keep saying that I am black myself in the first place,
I am obviously green, there is no doubt about it. I am not that dumb, I can see it!
Mr Blue and Mr Red together:
But we BOTH see that you are black!!

And so on, and so on... Mrs Pink would agree with what Mr Red and Mr Blue say about themselves and about Mr Green, but not with what they say about each other...
This easy-to-understand example should make it clear. Whatever opinion, education, religion, or culture one has, it shows only one side or aspect of the reality, only one color of the rainbow.
"Universal peace" does not mean "everybody agrees". Peace can exist when anyone knows it is just normal and even logical that not everybody agrees. Peace needs people to accept they wear glasses.
Mr White can confirm that. He knows everything of course, and is perfectly aware of what is going on. He knows that the world is that close of being a model, and no longer a muddle.
